My Name is Jacob! i LOVE inspecting homes! i have been doing it many years. We offer comprehensive home inspection services for the real estate transaction, investment, first time home buyers, AND MORE! i love to teach everything I’ve learned from the 7 or so retired home builders I’ve had the pleasure of tearing into houses with over the past 7 years, plus my dad had a 35 year career in real estate sold over 1,700 homes and equipped me with the tools to provide the best comprehensive analysis based on his experience! Upon request we can install riser systems to make it more convenient to keep your septic top of mind, making pumps more affordable and make it easier to check your system! Plus they look great and are easy to mow over!

Lets look behind the walls and see where we could have issues with insulation, Moisture or heat caused by loose or faulty wiring connections, a thermal inspection adds to the story of “what’s behind the drywall”.
Thermal inspections are $175 and can shed some light on what the eyes may not be able to detect.

“Kevin and his associate did an inspection for us - The inspection was faster than usual, however they were two person vs the usual 1 person. They did arrive on time despite horrendous weather conditions that day with bad roads.
They brought to our attention many important details - Outside of the classic and expected information they noted a few area that needed further inspections.
We called in expert, and the oddity noted by Kevin translated on much needed works to be done on the house. This would have run in near $100K of work just for safety as well as several weeks of works. We walked away of the house - sadly - However, the seller removed the house from the market after that - It sat empty for weeks with many contractor coming in and out - Months later the house came back on the market - Kevin was right.
We were so glad we walked away. It was a sound financial decision.
