Most home inspections are completed in and around 2-3 hours, they encompass a general assessment of the quality of construction and an overview of health, safety and major items.

Why i am uniquely qualified to provide home inspections and why they are so important! My name is jacob and in 2019 i was homeless, well, not really. I was trying to get into real estate and flipping properties so my family helped me get into a home and taught me how to renovate THE WORST properties!

The First one was a nightmare…….and every one of them are! These homes need a lot of maintenance, a lot of work and since the first house, there has been at least 12 that I’m proud to say that i will never have to walk into again another day in my life against my will. I’ve set trusses, roofed homes, lifted them off the ground and laid cement block under em’, ive fixed moldy homes, painted homes, re-wired homes, put up 100’s of can lights, I’m a proficient drywaller, we’ve done basements, kitchens, bathrooms, oh my gosh, everyone is a nightmare, it seriously never ends. Too bad I’m addicted to it and i love the chaos and the checklists and everything that needs to happen in perfect sequence for a seamless and perfect picture to come together. Our Flips have a very unique touch of craftsmanship and elegance, now i use the skills I’ve acquired for almost a decade to help potential home buyers, homeowners and realtors!

Some of these houses are full of problems that add up to a big bill when you know what hits the fan! Alot of these problems and pitfalls are preventable when you have experts on site!

What i learned in the classes at Northwestern tech was truly amazing, plus the 3 years i have in the field of electrical and HVAC, i’ve never worked as an installer, however i am adept at troubleshooting electrical and refrigeration issues across the board, even though my brazing HAS gotten better! i love applying my knowledge and answering questions on an inspection, my favorite trick is to see where we can save money on repairs, remodeling and really PUMP UP THE VALUE, through my experience i am uniquely qualified to see where the money in the property is for investment, resale, appraisal or long-term holdings!
